modest mouse dispenses great advice, indeed.

today was a most excellent day. i spent precious time with the loveliest friends in the world, had a mini-food feast (have i mentioned how thankful i am since i am now able to chew semi-properly after getting my braces), and watched a very entertaining movie.

today was also the last day for my professors to upload our grades online and while i was enjoying my time with my friends, i was also a quivering mass of panic inside because one of the subjects i took this sem had notoriously difficult exams.

all semester long i was worrying if i’d pass that course. hannalipio (my forever seatmate) texted me while i was in starbucks that grades were out and (oh lol) i seriously started freaking — i was on my iPod and phone, willing one of them to please load CRS faster — and when i saw my grade i kind of grabbed sarah out of sheer joy because I PASSED

*insert bucketfuls of tears of joy*

i still can’t kind of believe it. i’m so happy ;___;

the big guy up there works miracles, truly.
